My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having kitchen utensils readily available was a nice touch. The proximity to Siam made exploring the area convenient, and discovering sweet treats inside the wooden bowls was a pleasant surprise. However, there were some issues with service, such as delayed room assignments and room service mishaps.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and elegant, although the layout was a bit off with limited space between the window and the bed. The service was top-notch, especially the front office and concierge, although there were some practices lacking. The location was ideal, near Siam Paragon and within walking distance of other malls. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of quality options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing everything I needed during my stay.
